   West Amwell Township police reported:
   — On Feb. 10, Officer Edward Skillman arrested Paul T. Berkey, 32, of Linden, for driving while intoxicated. The officer saw a vehicle, driven by Mr. Berkey, driving in circles in a snow-covered farm field in the area of Route 179 and Cedar Crest Road. Mr. Berkey was processed and issued summonses for operating a vehicle on agricultural property, driving while intoxicated, and careless driving. He was released to a friend pending a court appearance.
   Lambertville City police reported:
   — Margaret Dougherty-Hayes, 51, of Califon, was arrested for DUI on Feb. 10. Officer Michael Gramlich stopped Ms. Dougherty-Hayes on Route 179 at 12:15 a.m. for allegedly failing to keep right. Mr. Dougherty-Hayes was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and subsequently charged with DUI, refusal to submit to breath testing, failure to keep right and reckless driving. She was later released with a pending court date.
   — Barbara Keyes, 42, of Deptford was arrested on an outstanding warrant as a result of motor vehicle stop on Feb. 5. Officer Gramlich stopped the driver of a vehicle for speeding on Bridge Street at 3 a.m. A check found that the driver was driving with a suspended driver’s license and the passenger, Ms. Keyes, was found to have a warrant for failure to pay fines in relation to traffic charges in Deptford. Ms. Keyes was processed and released on her own recognizance with a pending court date.
   All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
   New Hope Borough police reported:
   — On Jan. 3, police charged Christopher Bloyd, 23, of Flemington, with aggravated assault, simple assault, possessing an instrument of crime, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness, as a result of an investigation into an incident that occurred on South Main Street in March 2012.
   — On Jan. 19 at 1:01 a.m., police arrested Tori Klaus, 35, of Hopewell, for disorderly conduct, harassment, and public drunkenness, after she was found to be in an intoxicated state on South Main Street, and then allegedly fought with and kicked at officers taking her into custody.
   — On Jan. 19 at 8:31 p.m., police responding to a residential alarm in Belaire Court found that the front door to the house had been kicked open. No one was home at the time of the incident, and it appeared that entry was not made into the residence, The homeowners later reported that nothing had been removed from inside the home.
   — On Jan. 19 at 11:43 p.m., police arrested Thomas Worthington, 44, of New Hope, for driving under the influence of alcohol, after he was observed operating his vehicle in an unlawful manner on West Mechanic Street.
   — On Jan. 20 at 12:01 a.m., police went to a Belaire Court residence to investigate a burglary, which had occurred earlier that evening. Entry to the residence had been made through a rear window, and cash and jewelry had been removed from the home.
    Residential burglaries — On Jan. 19 at approximately 10:30 p.m., two burglaries and one attempted burglary occurred in the Village II development.
   Police responded to an entry alarm at a unit on Belaire Court and discovered the front door kicked in setting the alarm off. Nothing was taken from this unit.
   Two other units in the same row on Belaire Court were entered. Entry was accomplished by breaking a window in one unit and forcing open a window in the second unit. One of the two units entered had some jewelry and small amount of cash taken.

    Commercial burglary — On Feb. 5, a commercial burglary occurred during the night hours. The actors entered after the establishment closed for business. Forced entry was made through a door in the rear of the business. Taken was a small amount of cash.
