SENIOR MENUS

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
    Feb. 21 — Beef barley soup, glazed pork chop, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, chunky applesauce, rye bread, plums. Activity Day.
   Feb. 22 — Grape juice, stuffed shells, meatballs with sauce, broccoli crowns, mixed lettuce salad, Italian bread, cannoli. Bring a friend to lunch.
   Feb. 23 — Orange juice, turkey salad, rye bread, three-bean salad, fresh fruit, marble pound cake, milk.
   Feb. 24 — Pineapple juice, chicken filet, hamburger bun, minced coleslaw, fresh fruit, angel food cake, milk.
   Feb. 25 — Grape juice, stuffed green pepper, pasta spirals, peas with pearl onions, citrus sections, dinner roll, black and white cookie. Walk to the beat.
   Feb. 26 — Minestrone soup, roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, cranberry molded salad, bridge roll, blueberry yogurt cup. Bring a friend to lunch.
   Feb. 27 — Cranapple juice, beef stew, peas, carrots and onions, red bliss potatoes, romaine salad, buttermilk biscuit, fruit cocktail. Cards.
   Feb. 28 — Lentil soup, pot roast with gravy, scalloped potatoes, sautéed spinach, deluxe fruit salad, rye bread, crumb cake. Bring and brag.
