Lionel J. Coty

Mr. Coty, 87, of Howell, formerly of Old Bridge and Toms River, died Jan. 31, 2013, at Tower Lodge Care Center, Wall Township. He was employed as a milkman for Johanna Farms and Woodbrook Dairies prior to owning his own route for All Star Dairies in Perth Amboy. Mr. Coty was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, and a U.S. Army veteran who served in Korea. He was predeceased by his wife, Audrey C. Coty. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph and Connie Coty of Gilbert, Ariz., and Edward and Michelle Coty of Howell; four daughters and sons-in-law, Cathy and Ed Kipila of Atlantic City, Lynda and Ray Lombardi of Cummings, Ga., Jacqueline Coty-Gallo and Fred Gallo of Jacobstown, and Karen and Joe Mutarelli of Oviedo, Fla.; 12 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. A funeral Mass was offered at Holy Family Catholic Church, Lakewood, followed by entombment in St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood. Arrangements were by the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township.
