   City of Lambertville police reported:
   — On Feb. 20, Officer Michael Gramlich stopped Phillip Hogans, 48, of Ewing, on Arnett Avenue.. A random lookup revealed that the operator had a suspended driver’s license. Mr. Hogans also had an active warrant out of Lambertville Municipal Court for $ 81. He posted bail and was released. He also was issued a summons for driving with a suspended license.
   — On Feb. 21, Gordon Haas, of Weeden Street, reported that a dog cage had been taken from the rear of his pickup truck while his vehicle was parked on Weeden Street. Value of the cage is $100. Officer Sharon Polyak is investigating.
   — On Feb. 23 at approximately 10:10 p.m., Officer Anthony Memolo stopped John Gapszewicz on Bridge Street for having defective tail lights. A passenger in the vehicle, Judith A. Destribats, 50, of Trenton, was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. She was charged with possession of suspected marijuana and released pending a court appearance.
   — On Feb. 22 at 2:20 p.m., Officer Memolo was advised by the New Jersey State Police Hamilton Station, that they had a Gregory Kwiatkowski, 27, of Ewing, under arrest. Lambertville Municipal Court had an arrest warrant for Mr. Kwiatkowski for $ 500. Mr.. Kwiatkowski was released and given a new court date.
   — Bryn Hoyer, 22, of West Amwell, was arrested for DUI on Feb. 15, as a result of a motor vehicle stop. Sgt. Robert Brown stopped Ms. Hoyer on Route 518, at 1:30 a.m. after she was observed driving erratically. Ms. Hoyer was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and subsequently charged with DUI, careless driving and failure to maintain lane. She was later released with a pending court date.
   — Glen Alvenus, 38, of North Plainfield, was arrested on an outstanding warrant on Feb. 12 subsequent to a motor vehicle stop. Sgt. Brown stopped Mr. Alvenus on Route 29 at 4:58 a.m. for not having any working lights on a trailer he was towing. Mr. Alvenus was found to have an outstanding warrant issued by Branchburg Township for failure to appear on traffic charges. He was processed and later released on his own recognizance with a pending court date.
    Suspects are considered innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.
   West Amwell Township police reported:
   — On Feb. 15, Andrea Kollath, 52, of Metuchen, was driving north on Route 179 in the area of Holcombe Grove Road, when a deer ran into the roadway. Ms. Kollath was unable to stop her vehicle, which struck the deer. The vehicle was driven from the scene. The motor vehicle crash was investigated by Officer Jeffrey Jones.
   — On Feb. 22, while patrolling in the area of Hunter Road, Officer Edward Skillman came upon a vehicle parked partially blocking the roadway. As he spoke with the occupants of the vehicle, he smelled a strong odor of burnt marijuana. Sharon Zehner, 19, of Flemington, was arrested for possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She also was issued a motor vehicle summons for possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. She was released after processing.
   — On Feb. 23, Officer Skillman stopped Anthony Primola, 40, of New Hope, on Route 29 for a motor vehicle violation . A computer check showed that Mr. Primola had outstanding motor vehicle warrants from Trenton and Stafford Township courts. Mr. Primola was transported to police headquarters and released after posting bail.
   — On Feb. 23, Officer Joseph Cesare stopped a vehicle — driven by Darci Burns, 19, of Pennington — on Goathill Road for a motor vehicle violation. As the officer spoke with Ms. Burns, he smelled a strong odor of burnt marijuana. Ms. Burns was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She also was issued a motor vehicle summons for failure to maintain lane and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle.
   A passenger in the vehicle, William Howarth, 18 , of Pennington, also was also arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He also received a motor vehicle summons for possession of CDS in a motor vehicle.
   After processing, they were both released pending a court date.
