All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
Feb. 28 — Lentil soup, pot roast with gravy, scalloped potatoes, sautéed spinach, deluxe fruit salad, rye bread, crumb cake. Bring and brag.
March 1 — Grape juice, cheese lasagna, green beans, antipasto salad, Italian bread, banana. Cards.
March 2 — Orange juice, egg salad, Kaiser roll, pickled beets and onions. Fresh fruit, brownie.
March 3 — Pineapple juice, meatloaf, wheat bread, potato salad, fresh fruit, oatmeal cookies.
March 4 — Chicken rice soup, roast loin of pork, sweet potatoes, carrot sticks, applesauce, rye bread, cherry crisp cobbler. Walk to the beat.
March 5 — Cranapple juice, turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes, Oriental-blend vegetables, picked beets and onions, dinner roll, apricots. Cards.
March 6 — Cream of mushroom soup, roasted turkey with gravy, rice pilaf, green beans, Mandarin oranges, whole-grain bread, black and white cookie. Bring a friend to lunch.
March 7 — Blended juice, stuffed cabbage roll, potatoes, mixed vegetables, pineapple slices, dinner roll, apple strudel. Bring and brag.
