   Montgomery
   Police responded to an unoccupied house that caught on fire on Muirhead Court in Belle Mead on March 1 at 12:58 p.m. Police said the house had extensive fire and smoke damage and appeared to be a total loss and that there were no reported injuries. Police investigators and township fire officials are looking into a lighted candle on the first floor as a possible cause of the fire, according to police.
   West Windsor
   Ashley Howard, 27, of Robbinsville, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a prescription on Penn Lyle Road at Clarksville Road on March 1 at 10:02 p.m. She also received summonses for speeding and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
   Natalazia Diroma, 48, of Hilton Head, S.C., reported an $700 iPhone was stolen at the Whole Foods Market on Route 1 sometime between 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on March 1.
   Triola Aranha, 34, of Princeton, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Caleb Lane at Ascot Crescent in the Estates of P.J. on March 2 at 12:23 a.m. Police said she received numerous motor vehicle summonses.
   Andrew Schlupp, 28, of Dunwoody, Ga., and Scott Floyd, 30, of Palatine, Il., reported $3,000 worth of clothing, electronics and personal items were stolen from the hotel room they were sharing at the Clarion Hotel on Route 1 sometime between 5 p.m. on March 1 and 12:40 a.m. on March 2.
   Layla N. Ingwerson, 24, of Hamilton, reported $5 worth of property was stolen from her car sometime between 3:59 p.m. on March 1 and 12:30 a.m. on March 2 while it was parked in the parking lot of the Clarion Hotel on Route 1.
   Howard Hughes Corporation reported approximately $1,300 worth of stranded copper wire was stolen from the maintenance shed at the former BASF property on Quakerbridge Road sometime between 2:30 p.m. on Feb 28 and 7 a.m. on March 1.Plainsboro
