All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
March 14 — Cranapple juice, corned beef, parslied potatoes, cabbage and carrots, Irish soda bread, shamrock cookie. Cards.
March 15 — Pineapple juice, stuffed flounder, baked potato, blended vegetables, tropical fruit salad, whole grain bread, spice cake. Wear Green Day.
March 16 — Grape juice, chicken salad, croissant, pickled beets and onions, fresh fruit, sandwich cookies.
March 17 — Blended juice, roast beef/cheese, wheat bread, potato salad, fresh fruit, mocha cupcake.
March 18 — Cream of broccoli soup, chicken Francoise, wild rice blend, sliced beets, tossed salad with dressing, dinner roll, red grapes. Walk to the beat.
March 19 — Cranapple juice, beef stew, diced potatoes, peas, carrots and onions, romaine salad with dressing, buttermilk biscuit, fruit cocktail. Cards.
March 20 — Cabbage rice soup, roast turkey with gravy, apple raisin stuffing, whole baby carrots, cranberry molded salad, raisin bread, peaches. Site Meeting. (Happy Spring).
March 21 — Chicken noodle soup, glazed pork chop, mashed sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, pumpernickel bread, tiramisu cup. Bring a friend to lunch.
