POLICE BLOTTER: March 21

   Victoria Lampley, 28, of Trenton, was charged with receiving stolen property at 5:43 a.m. March 12 after she was found to be in possession of a 1999 Chevrolet Lumina which had been reported stolen in Trenton. The car was parked at Mount’s Motel. She was taken to the Mercer County Corrections Center.
   Trevor Cavanaugh, 26, of Poillon Court in Lawrence, was charged with two counts of burglary and one count of theft for entering two Poillon Court homes on March 12 and March 15, and stealing $4,000 worth of jewelry and electronic items from one of the homes. Some of the items have been recovered. He was taken to the Mercer County Corrections Center.
   Daniel Tartakovsky, 23, of Monroe, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and hindering apprehension after he was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Brunswick Pike near Franklin Corner Road at 8:15 p.m. March 13. During a search leading to his arrest, he was allegedly found to have prescription pills in his possession. Police said he also gave a fictitious name. He was taken to the Mercer County Corrections Center on outstanding warrants.
   Jose Ramos Jr., 21, of Brick Township, was charged with driving under the influence, refusal to take a Breathalyzer test, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane after his car struck a utility pole at 2:39 a.m. March 15 on Franklin Corner Road.
   Rose Faeflen, 19, and Seretta Hammond, 20, both of Trenton, were charged with shoplifting for taking $400 worth of children’s clothing from Macy’s at 5:05 p.m. March 15.
   Daniel D’Angelo, 22, of Hamilton Township, was charged with possession of heroin and possession of two hypodermic needles after he was observed reclining in a parked car in the parking lot at the McDonald’s fast food restaurant at the Brunswick Circle at 8:07 p.m. March 15.
   Agnes Gancarz, 37, of Woodlynne, was charged with possession of burglar tools and shoplifting after she cut the security sensors on $385 worth of clothing items and taking them at Lord & Taylor at 3:42 p.m. March 16.
   A 50-year-old Edison woman reported that her cell phone, valued at $300, was snatched from her hand by a black male, age 18 to 20 years old, while she was walking in the center court of the Quaker Bridge Mall at 1:20 p.m. March 17.
   Maria Devega-Holgado, 59, of Monmouth Junction, was charged with shoplifting for taking clothing and jewelry worth $250 from Macy’s at 11:38 a.m. March 17.
