The City of Lambertville police reported:
— Two 18-year-old Mercer County men were arrested for alleged drug possession as a result of a motor vehicle stop on March 17. Sgt. Robert Brown stopped the driver, Eric Gephart, of Trenton, at 2 a.m. for speeding on Route 165. Further investigation revealed there was suspected marijuana in the vehicle. Both Mr. Gephart and his passenger, Daniel Nazario, of Hamilton, were charged with possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. Mr. Gephart also was charged with speeding. Both were later released with a pending court date.
— Shawn Lawson, 47, of Titusville, was arrested for DUI on March 18 as a result of a motor vehicle stop. Officer Anthony Memolo stopped Mr. Lawson on Route 29 at 12:36 a.m. after he reportedly was seen driving erratically. Mr. Lawson was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and was charged with DUI and careless driving. He was released with a pending court date.
— Jack Eller, 23, of Los Angeles, California, was arrested for DUI subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on March 16. Officer Michael Gramlich stopped Mr. Eller on Route 29 at 3:19 a.m. after he allegedly was seen failing to keep right on the roadway. Mr. Eller was determined to be under the influence and was charged with DUI, failure to keep right and reckless driving. He was later released with a pending court date.
— Guy Stabler, 20, of Ringoes, was arrested for DUI on March 16. Officer Gramlich stopped Mr. Stabler on Route 179 at 1:12 a.m. for motor vehicle violations. Subsequent to the stop, Mr. Stabler was determined to be under the influence of alcohol as a person underage and subsequently was charged with underage DUI, careless driving, unclear plates and maintenance of lamps. He was released with a pending court date.
— Antonio Deleon-Nicolas, 30, of Lambertville, was arrested for DUI on March 15. Mr. Deleon-Nicolas was found sitting behind the wheel of his vehicle at 2:50 a.m. in a no-parking zone. Mr. Deleon-Nicolas, who was about to drive away, was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and placed under arrest by Sgt. Brown. He was charged with DUI, careless driving, expired driver’s license and improper parking. He was released with a pending court date.
All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
