SENIOR MENUS

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
    March 21 — Chicken noodle soup, glazed pork chop, mashed sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, pumpernickel bread, tiramisu cup. Bring a friend to lunch.
   March 22 — Grape juice, eggplant rollatini, meatballs, broccoli florets, mixed lettuce salad, Italian bread, plums. Activity Day.
   March 23 — Orange juice, turkey salad, rye bread, three-bean salad, fresh fruit, vanilla cookies.
   March 24 — Pineapple juice, chicken filet, hamburger bun, minced coleslaw, fresh fruit, angel food cake.
   March 25 — Grape juice, stuffed green pepper, pasta spirals, peas with pearl onions, citrus sections, dinner roll, ice cream. Exercise.
   March 26 — Minestrone soup, pot roast with gravy, baked potato, sautéed spinach, tropical fruit salad, rye bread, pound cake. Board games.
   March 27 — Apple juice, chicken cordon bleu, rice pilaf and green beans, Green salad with dressing, whole grain bread, gala apple. Cards.
   March 28 — Pineapple juice, BBQ rib tickler, hot potato salad, corn, minced coleslaw, rye bread, banana. Puzzle Day.
