Someone caused damage to the laundry room of Building 10 at the Princeton Arms Apartments sometime between 6 p.m. March 12 and 6 a.m. March 13, police said.
Specifically, someone punched a hole in the wall and removed a smoke detector, police said. Damage is estimated at $200.
Shamar Roberts, 20, of Jamestown Road, was charged with aggravated assault on a juvenile at 2:47 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a reported fight and found there had been a dispute between an adult and a juvenile, police said. During the dispute, the juvenile suffered a laceration to the mouth.
Mr. Roberts also was charged with criminal mischief and taken to the Mercer County Corrections Center in lieu of $10,000 bail.
The juvenile was taken for medical treatment.
Marvin E. Stoby, 29, of Bensalem, Pennsylvania, was charged with possession of marijuana, under 50 grams, at 9:35 p.m. Saturday at Route 130 North and Westfield Drive.
Police stopped the vehicle for having an expired registration, police said, and smelled marijuana.
He also was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and released without bail.
A resident of Wyncrest Apartments reported that between 6 p.m. March 14 and 4 p.m. Friday, his vehicle was damaged.
Someone scratched the car, and damage was estimated at $450.
The incident is under investigation.
A resident of Disbrow Hill Road reported that sometime between 6 p.m. March 14 and 11:48 a.m. Friday, two of his vehicles had tires slashed.
Damage was estimated at approximately $800. The incident is under investigation.
William S. Warner, 54, of Abbington Drive, was charged at 8:41 p.m. Monday with unlawful possession of a weapon.
Police went to Abbington Drive on a report of male pointing a gun at the caller’s friend.
Police said that while the victim was speaking to Mr. Warner regarding a noise disturbance, Mr. Warner pointed a handgun at him.
The victim left without being harmed and called police.
Mr. Warner also was charged with possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, aggravated assault and terroristic threats.
Bail was set at $15,000, and Mr. Warner was released after posting it.
Hightstown
March 14 at 10:49 p.m. on North Main Street, police charged John Raum Jr. 36, of Mill Run Court, Hightstown, with drunken driving, drunken driving in a school zone, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain lane.
While on patrol, police saw him driving in an erratic manner, police said.
Breath samples resulted in a reading of 0.16 percent BAC, police said.
He was released without bail.
Saturday at 1:01 a.m. on Wyckoff Mills Road, police charged Jhon Angamarca-Fuela, 22, of Gardenview Terrace, East Windsor, with drunken driving, drunken driving in a school zone and refusal to submit breath samples.
While on patrol, police saw a vehicle parked, running with headlights on and the driver passed out in the driver’s seat, police said.
He refused to provide breath samples. He was released to his mother without bail.
Monday at 1:10 a.m. on Etra Road, police charged Hunter Goodson, 20, of Roosevelt, New Jersey, with possession of a simulated government document, underage consumption/possession of alcohol, drunken driving, drunken driving in a school zone, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Mr. Goodson was stopped for motor vehicle infractions. Police found an open bottle of spiced rum in the passenger compartment of the vehicle, police said.
Mr. Goodson had a fraudulent Alabama driver’s license saying his age was 21, police said. He provided breath samples that resulted in a reading of 0.18 percent BAC, police said.
He was released to his parents without bail.
Between Friday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 10:30 p.m., someone broke through the door of an apartment in the Westerlea Arms apartment complex.
The victims returned home from a short trip to find their front door ajar and forced open, police said. They said about $700 in cash and a computer valued at $200 were taken, police said.
