DISCOVER CUBA WITH THE MIDJERSEY CHAMBER
Hamilton, NJ – Discover it for yourself! Christopher Columbus called it “the most beautiful land human eyes have ever seen.” The MIDJersey Chamber is offering a unique opportunity to experience the intriguing, seduction island nation. Under current travel restrictions, US citizens are forbidden to travel freely to this country. The Chamber has announced it has secured an OFAC license for an all-inclusive, 8-day “People to People” educational/cultural mission, scheduled for September 20, 2013.
With first-class accommodations included, our guests will have the opportunity to explore Cuba with professionally trained Cuban hosts to ensure each individual has the most rewarding experience possible. The itinerary is filled with highlights and experiences such as Old Havana, Hemingway’s Farm, Tour of Bocoy Rum Factory, Tropicana Show, Cigar Factory visit and more.
“We are thrilled to be able to offer what may be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.” said Robert D. Prunetti, President and CEO of the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce. “Cuba is not only rich with history and culture, but its connection to the United States is inescapable. Its people, music and traditions are captivating and compelling to experience.”
The MIDJersey Chamber has always offered the business community opportunities to discover diversity and cultural understanding through many of its initiatives. This mission will give our travelers first-hand interaction with the amazing people of Cuba, and their influence in art, literature and science.
