Mr. Lau, 66, of Jackson, formerly of Howell, died March 13, 2013, at New York Presbyterian Hospital, New York City. Mr. Lau was employed as a sales engineer for Metro Air Products, Hillsborough, and was a member of the American Society of Heating and Air Conditioning Engineers. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard. Surviving are his wife, Camille Landante Lau; a son, William G. Lau III and his wife, Michelle, of Jackson; two daughters, Barbara Provini and her husband, John, and Jill Lau, all of Jackson; a brother, John P. Lau and his wife, Carole, of Leesburg, Va.; a sister, Joan Kapps and her husband, Richard, of Manalapan; six grandchildren; his mother-in-law, Marie Landante of Jersey City; and a brother-in-law, Dominick Landante of Bayonne. A funeral service was held at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, Lakewood, followed by interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
