The Atrium at Navesink Harbor, a Springpoint retirement community in Red Bank, welcomes David T. Johnson as executive director. Johnson’s responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations as well as the services provided to The Atrium’s 100 residents. Additionally, he will provide leadership to a team of 118 employees.

Johnson has more than 38 years of senior living industry experience and served most recently as executive director/CEO of Stapely Hall, a senior community in Philadelphia.

Johnson is a licensed nursing home administrator and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/secondary education from LaSalle University.

Greenleaf, principal and lead consultant of the award-winning advisory firm to corporate and public retirement plans, was recently selected by the Allianz Global Investors Center for Behavioral Finance to participate in a program that results in designation as Certified Behavioral Finance Analyst.

The Investors Foundation, which provides supportive funding to nonprofit programs that enrich the communities served by Investors Bank, has announced a $2,500 grant award to The Arc of Monmouth, 1158 Wayside Road, Tinton Falls.

The Arc of Monmouth is a full-service outreach agency providing healthcare, vocational training, group home programs and other social services for approximately 1,400 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The grant will support a program designed to help artistically talented adults with disabilities pursue employment opportunities that will make use of their creative abilities.

Working in collaboration with The Barn in Howell, The Arc will identify four individuals selected for their artistic ability and work with them to develop artwork and handcrafted items for sale. The Barn specializes in artisan-made furnishings, jewelry and other unique gifts.
