Mr. Resignato, 55, of Aberdeen, died March 3, 2013, at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge. He was born in New York City and resided in South Amboy before moving to Matawan. For the past 30 years, he owned and operated Comfort Concepts, Matawan. He was predeceased by his wife, Anita Chiddo. He is survived by a son, David Resignato, of Aberdeen; a companion, Sandra Furnbach and her daughter; two brothers, Michael Resignato, of Helmetta, and Ralph Resignato, of South Amboy; a sister, Lisa Gallicchio, of Howell; a niece; and several nephews. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Day Funeral Home, Keyport. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Union Beach, followed by interment at St. Joseph Cemetery, Keyport.
