Prior to Spring arriving in March, the community saw a really good turnout at a February fundraiser to benefit Bordentown City Cats at Papp’s Bowling Center, 244 Route 130 South.
Around a hundred people came out to the bowling alley to show their support for the third annual Alley Cats Charity Bowling Tournament to support ongoing rescue efforts. It was held Feb. 24.
Girl Scout Troop 22271 worked to raise funds by selling baked goods and pet toys at the event.
