Mr. McNeeley, of Middletown, died March 10, 2013, in Middletown. He was born in Youngstown, Ohio. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Susan Petix McNeeley; three sons, Marty, of Middletown, David and Douglas, both of San Francisco, Calif.; a daughter, Jane and her husband, Rick, of Yorba Linda, Calif.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services were private and under the direction of the John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown.
