Jersey Shore Hot Yoga studio has announced the opening of its second location at 334 Route 9, Marlboro, in the Exclusive Plaza shopping center at Union Hill Road. To celebrate, free classes will be offered on April 12, 13 and 14. Classes offered on April 12 are “Jersey Shore Hot Flow” at 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. and “Hot 26” at 9:30 a.m.; on April 13, “Jersey Shore Hot Flow,” 8-9:30 a.m., 10-11 a.m. and 4 p.m.; and on April 14, “Hot Dharma,” 7:30-8:30 a.m. and “Jersey Shore Hot Flow,” 9:30-10:45 and 4-5:15 p.m. In addition, two free power breath classes with Jessica Farrel will be offered from noon to 1 p.m. April 12 and 13. Condominium and community association law will be explained at a free seminar sponsored by the New Jersey State Bar Foundation that will be held 7-9 p.m. April 24 at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, off Ryders Lane. The public is invited, and admission is free. Speakers will be attorneys experienced in community association law. They will discuss the special issues faced by condominiums and pose solutions to the financial and operational problems worsened by difficult economic times. The speakers will also detail the benefits of condominium ownership and address how to enhance the advantages of condominium living and the value of investments that owners have made in their homes. TD Bank has named Michael Gilsenan manager of its new Freehold location. Gilsenan, an assistant vice president, is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, managing personnel and overseeing the day-to-day operations at the bank, 3300 Route 9.
