Police responded to Windsor Industrial Park for a reported theft. Upon arrival, police spoke with the complainant who stated that sometime during the overnight hours between April 6 and 7 an unknown person(s) removed 30 pieces of drilling equipment. The value of the items removed is estimated to be approximately $25,000. There are no suspects at this time.
Police responded to an address in the first block of Main Street for a reported theft. Upon arrival, police spoke with the complainants who reported that between April 1 and 8 an unknown person or persons removed an air conditioning unit from the property. The air conditioning unit is valued at $3,500. There are no suspects at this time.
Police arrested Donald Sullivan, 49 of Longdale, Okla., for driving while intoxicated April 9. Police observed a vehicle traveling south on Route 130, failing to maintain a lane. Police initiated a motor vehicle stop in the area of Robbinsville Storage. During the traffic stop, police detected evidence that Mr. Sullivan may have been intoxicated. He was then asked to exit the vehicle and perform several field sobriety tests, which he failed. He was also charged with careless driving, reckless driving, obstructing and failure to maintain a lane. Mr. Sullivan was processed and released pending a court date.
