 The Allentown Lions Club Memorial Day parade will be held rain or shine beginning at 10 a.m. May 27. Parade-goers are advised to arrive by 9:30 a.m. due to Main Street and High Street road closures. A memorial service will follow the parade on the Allentown grammar school grounds.  “Planting by the Stars, Biodynamic Gardening” will be presented by Judith Krall-Russo at the next meeting of the Allentown Garden Club at 7 p.m. May 9 at the Allentown Methodist Church, Church Street, next to LaPiazza.  The Teal Tea Foundation will host its seventh annual Teal Tea from noon to 4 p.m. May 5 at John Henry’s Stone Terrace, Hamilton. This event will include a lunch, silent auction, contests, speakers and education awareness. The Teal Tea’s mission is to help raise ovarian cancer awareness and to support research efforts focused on early detection, treatments and a cure for ovarian cancer. All are invited.  The MOMS Club of Hamilton holds a weekly playgroup from 10 a.m. to noon every Wednesday at a location courtesy of the township.
