   The Bordentown Elks 2085 Women’s Auxiliary will hold a fundraiser, “Sounds of the Street,” with doo-wop music and dancing at the Elks lodge, 11 Amboy Road, Bordentown. Doors open at 7 p.m. Music will be from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m. The cost is $15 per ticket and includes draft beer and soda. A cash bar will be available. No outside beverages will be allowed.    Roebling Museum from noon to 4 p.m. conducts old-fashioned trolley rides through the historic company town of Roebling. Recognized as one of the most intact company towns left in America, the village includes all 767 factory homes built for the John A. Roebling’s Sons Co. Each trolley tour will include a guide to describe the unique features of the village, including the layout of the town, factory home hierarchy, and historic building histories of the auditorium, the inn, and general store and information on the former steel mill site. Tours are approximately 45 minutes. The trolley fee of $15 includes museum admission. Seating is limited for each tour scheduled for noon, 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Reservations are suggested.    Bordentown Township Environmental Commission will hold its fourth annual Paper Shredder Day from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Senior Center parking lot, Bordentown. Enjoy a free cup of coffee compliments of Crestview Deli.

   The Northern Burlington Regional Chamber of Commerce Breakfast Meeting will be held 7:30 a.m. at Town & Country Diner, Route 130 North at Ward Avenue, Bordentown. Speakers, Lindsay McClellan and Lee Gillis will present “Stop procrastinating and get the most important things done in less time to improve your business and personal life.” Bring plenty of business cards for networking.    The 36th annual Bordentown Street Fair will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Farnsworth Avenue, Bordentown City. There will be crafters, boutiques, galleries and food. Merchants from historical downtown Bordentown will set up shop on the streets. Gourmet local restaurants will prepare food, local nonprofits will hold fundraisers, children will go to the Kids’ Corner and local groups will provide free entertainment. The event is sponsored by the Northern Burlington County Chamber of Commerce. Randy Now’s Man Cave booth will feature live music by Paul Plumeri & Jerry Monk, Moot Davis, Daniel Mustard, Todd “The Mod” Ellis, Rodger Delany, Raven Rock Rounders, Laura Baird, Les Baird, Jerry Jones from the Fiendz.

   The Northern Burlington Regional Chamber of Commerce will be holding its Business to Business Networking Event from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The event will be hosted by Dubh Linn Square Restaurant, 167 Route 130, Bordentown.    At the end of May, St. Mary School’s annual golf outing is set for the beautiful Mt. View Golf Course in Ewing. The cost is $135 for a round of golf — 8 a.m. shotgun start, cart, driving range, full hot breakfast —7 a.m., full hot lunch with open bar at 1 p.m., awards, and much more.    Bordentown Elks Lodge 2085 has bingo every Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m. There is a progressive jackpot, and food is available for purchase. The lodge has sandwich night every Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The price is $6 per person. Lodge 2085 hosts a breakfast the third Sunday of every month from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. All proceeds benefit the Special Children’s Committee.
   Kindergarten Roundup is approaching for the Bordentown School District. Community members who have children who will be 5 or older by Oct. 1 may visit www.bordentown.k12.nj.us to download registration information or may contact either Clara Barton Elementary School or Peter Muschal Elementary School for a registration packet.
   St. Mary’s Senior Citizens Club meets second Monday of the month at 1:30 p.m. on the second floor of the Parish Center, 45 Crosswicks St., Bordentown City.

   St. Mary School, 30 Elizabeth St., Bordentown City, has established a fundraiser Market Day where roasts, snacks, breakfasts, lunch and meals for families can be ordered. The club meets the first and third Monday of each month at 1 p.m. at the Senior Community Center on Municipal Drive. All township seniors age 55 and older are welcome.
