Lt. Lance Maloney of the Hopewell Township Police Department reported:
Nicholas Yiambilis, 40, of Declaration Drive, Bensalem, Pennsylvania, was charged with drunken driving April 21 at 3:30 a.m.
Officer Nicholas Sparaco responded to Route 29 for the report of a motor vehicle crash. Officer Sparaco found Mr. Yiambilis had crashed his car into a stone wall at the intersection of Route 546, police said.
Mr. Yiambilis was taken by the Union First Aid Squad to an area hospital where he was admitted for a head injury.
Mr. Yiambilis also was charged with reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and failure to wear a seatbelt.
William H. Dampier, 57, of East Broad Street, Hopewell, was charged with filing a false police report April 19 at 3:30 p.m.
Detective Christopher Vaccarino charged Mr. Dampier stemming from Mr. Dampier falsely reporting his 1995 Lexus as being stolen April 13, police said.
David A. Myers, 30, of Shrewsbury Court, Pennington, was charged with arson April 24 at 10:30 p.m.
Officer Kevin Koveloski charged Mr. Myers after an investigation found he had set a wooden desk and other small household items on fire outside of his townhouse, police said.
Mr. Myers called the Police Department to report the fire and was found trying to extinguish the fire when officers arrived.
Officer Koveloski extinguished the remainder of the fire with a fire extinguisher. There was no damage to the townhouse.
Mr. Myers was turned over to the Mercer County Department of Corrections in lieu of $25,000 bail.
The case was forwarded to the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office for review.

Philip A. Finney, 53, of Parkside Avenue, Trenton, was arrested on a warrant April 25 at 2:05 p.m.
Sgt. Michael Cseremsak stopped a car along Pennington Road for having a brake light violation. The driver, Mr. Finney, had arrest warrants from Raritan and Lawrence townships, police said.
Mr. Finney also was charged with maintenance of lamps and driving while suspended and turned over to the Lawrence Township Police Department.
Adam B. Laczny, 26, of Butternut Drive, Cream Ridge, was charged with theft April 25 at 10 a.m.
Detective Daniel McKeown charged Mr. Laczny stemming from a reported theft of cash from a Davis Beverage Group office on Pennington Road while Mr. Laczny was employed there.
This case was forwarded to the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office for review.
