Nicholas Garcia, 25, of Hamilton, was charged with having an active traffic warrant in the amount of $89 out of Bridgewater after getting pulled over on Mountain Avenue on May 2 at 11:26 a.m.
A Griggs Farm maintenance worker reported 20 feet of copper piping had been stolen from the facility’s laundry room on May 2 at 9:19 a.m. Police said a sink was damaged in the process and the cost to replace the items was unknown at the time of the report.
Kenneth Nwachukwu, 18, of Princeton, was charged with having an active warrant in the amount of $2,500 out of Lawrence at his Juniper Row residence on May 4 at 9:28 a.m.
James Heavey, 39, of New York City, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Mercer Street near Lovers Lane on May 3 at 10:55 p.m.
Steven Litzner, 21, of Bellmawr, was charged with having outstanding warrants in the amount of $1,207 out of two South Jersey municipalities after getting pulled over on Nassau Street near Washington Road on May 3 at 12:04 p.m.
Brett Leibowitz, 22, of Newport Beach, Calif., was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, resisting arrest via flight and municipal eluding after allegedly fleeing from police on foot on Prospect Avenue where police said they saw him smoking a marijuana cigarette on May 4 at 11:18 p.m.
Obianuju Obioha, 20, of Potomac, Md., was charged with tampering with public records and underage possession of alcohol after she allegedly bought alcohol from a liquor store on Nassau Street using a fake New York driver’s license on May 4 at 7:04 p.m.
Peter Rogers, 19, of Haverford, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated after police received a report from a caller who said there was a person sleeping in a car in the 200 block of Nassau Street on May 5 at 8:11 p.m.
Stephen Browne, 33, of Oklahoma City, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Nassau Street near Washington Road on May 5 at 1:01 a.m. He was also charged with driving while intoxicated in a school zone.

Karlinda H. Deshawn, 21, of Philadelphia, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia after getting pulled over on Route 1 on May 6 at 2:15 a.m.
Joseph P. Pawlak, 29, of Manasquan, was charged with driving while intoxicated on the Route 1 south exit for Sayre Drive on May 4 at 4:40 a.m. He also received summonses for refusal to submit breath samples, reckless driving, maintenance of lamps and obstructed view.
Nelson A. Santos, 48, of Somerset, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Scudders Mill Road on May 4 at 10:48 p.m. He also received summonses for reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane, maintenance of lamps, failure to exhibit documents and uninsured vehicle.
Erixon J. Perez-Centeno, 38, of Cranbury, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with minor children inside the vehicle on Route 1 on May 4 at 11:57 p.m. He also received summonses for reckless driving, speeding and failure to maintain a lane.
Berjon T. Coleman, 19, of Philadelphia, was charged with underage driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, unsafe lane change and improper passing on Route 1 at Ridge Road on May 5 at 4:42 a.m. His passenger Eric C. McCant Jr., 21, of Philadelphia, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of prescription legend drugs. Mr. McCant was taken to the Middlesex County Jail on $2,500 bail.
Matthew Borkowski, 61, of Plainsboro, was charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction after allegedly being uncooperative with officers, who found him intoxicated and lying in the grass behind Town Plaza near the Post Office on May 5 at 2:54 p.m. Police said Mr. Borkowski also had active warrants out of New Brunswick and Florida.
Catherine M. Muthusi, 57, of Plainsboro, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Scudders Mill Road on May 5 at 10:42 p.m. She also received summonses for reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane, failure to keep right and uninsured motorist.
