Mrs. Mishak, 65, of Spotswood, formerly of East Brunswick, died April 26, 2013, in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. She was employed for several years as a home health aide with Preferred Nursing and Staffing, North Brunswick. She was predeceased by her father, William Stephens Jr., in 2012; and by her mother, Doris J. Gruneisen Stephens, who died April 24. Surviving are her husband, Michael; two sons, Mark and William, both of Spotswood; a daughter, Michele of Levittown, Pa.; two brothers, David Stephens, and his wife, Laura, of the Kendall Park section of South Brunswick and Bruce Stephens, and his wife, Pam, of Oklahoma City; and a sister, Susan Sencer, and her husband, Carl, of Lake Worth, Fla. A memorial service was held at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, East Brunswick. Cremation was private. Arrangements were by Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick.
