Mrs. Starace, 79, of Freehold, formerly of Old Bridge, died April 28, 2013, at home. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward J. Starace Sr. Surviving are three sons, Michael, Edward and William Starace; two daughters, Theresa Gajewski and Ann Marie Starace; and 12 grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Old Bridge. Interment was in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arnytown section of North Hanover. Arrangements were under the direction of Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
