Robbinsville
   Police charged Daniel Delaney, 21, of Robbinsville, with drunken driving May 24.
   Police said his vehicle was parked and running at the intersection of George Street and Lake Drive. Police approached the vehicle and detected evidence the accused may have been intoxicated, police said.
   He also was charged with reckless driving and careless driving. Mr. Delaney was released without bail, according to police.
   Police charged James Gearhart, 51, of Robbinsville, with drunken driving May 25.
   Police said Mr. Gearhart was traveling on Route 526 above the posted speed limit of 35 mph. In addition, police said he failed to maintain a lane or utilize the vehicle’s turn signal.
   During the ensuing traffic stop, police said there was evidence Mr. Gearhart was intoxicated. He also was charged with reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain a lane and was released without bail.
   Police charged Carla Chancy, 23, of Hightstown, with drunken driving and possible possession of marijuana May 23.
   Police said she was travelling on Route 130 with a front-view obstruction on the vehicle’s windshield. During the stop, police said evidence the driver was intoxicated was detected, police said.
   A search of the vehicle revealed what was suspected to be a small quantity of marijuana, police said.
   Ms. Chancy also was charged with failure to maintain a lane, front obstruction, careless driving, reckless driving and having a controlled dangerous substance in a vehicle.
   Two passengers, Wendy Pinos-Patino, 23, and Connor Payne, 21, both of East Windsor, were charged with possible possession of marijuana.
   All three were released without bail.
   Police charged Erin Cowell, 39 of Robbinsville, with drunken driving May 23.
   According to police, she was obstructing the flow of traffic on Route 33 by sitting stationary at a green traffic signal. She turned onto Washington Boulevard and continued to North Street where she was stopped, police said.
   During the stop, police said evidence the driver was intoxicated was detected. She also was charged with careless driving, reckless driving, failure to exhibit documents and obstructing the flow of traffic and was released without bail.
   Police charged Eli Santiago, 21 of Robbinsville, with drunken driving and marijuana possession May 24.
   According to police, a vehicle was travelling on Washington Boulevard at speeds well below the posted limit.
   During the stop, police said evidence the driver was intoxicated was detected. Further investigation revealed the marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
   Police said Mr. Santiago also was charged with careless driving, reckless driving, obstructing, having a controlled dangerous substance in a vehicle, possession of a prescription legend drug and drug paraphernalia and was released without bail.
   Police charged Michael Miceli, 32 of Jackson, with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession May 23.
   He was in a vehicle travelling east on I-195 with a front windshield view obstruction, police said. In addition, police said the vehicle failed to maintain a lane.
   During the stop, police said evidence of narcotics was evident. A search of the vehicle revealed the marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said.
   Mr. Miceli also was charged with delaying traffic, front obstruction and having a controlled dangerous substance in a vehicle and was released without bail.
   Police charged Nicholas Riccitello, 36 of Hamilton, with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession May 21.
   According to police, an officer working the Click-it-or-Ticket assignment observed the driver of a vehicle on Route 33 not wearing his seatbelt. During the stop, police detected evidence narcotics may have been present. A search of the vehicle revealed the marijuana and paraphernalia, police said.
   Mr. Riccitello also was charged with operating a motor vehicle in possession of a controlled dangerous substance and for failure to wear a seatbelt and was released without bail.
