HILLSBOROUGH: Route 206 crash hospitalizes two

   A car veered into the southbound lane of Route 206 and collided with a vehicle on Friday, May 24.
   At about 1:32 p.m., the northbound car crossed the center line and hit a car driven by Annie Gitonga, 58, of Whitehall, Pa., and passenger Jane Glover, 62, of Hillsborough.
   Hillsborough police said Ms. Gitonga and Ms. Glover were taken to Somerset Medical Center with minor injuries. The driver of the other vehicle, whom police declined to identify until contact was made with the family, also suffered minor injuries and was taken for treatment.
   Route 206 between Camplain and Triangle roads was closed for about four hours. Hillsborough EMS, Hillsborough Fire Co. No. 2, Somerset Medical Center’s Mobile Intensive Care Unit and the Somerset Prosecutor’s Office accident reconstruction team also responded.
