Dawn Moore Named NAPW Professional Woman of the Year
LEHIGH VALLEY, PA – Dawn Moore, Certified Health and Wellness Coach and owner of Moore Health, LLC, was named 2013 Professional Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
Moore’s designation comes on the heels of the organization’s third-annual National Networking Conference, ‘Spark. Ignite Your Network’ hosted by NAPW National Spokeswoman Star Jones, Esq. and featuring keynote guests Martha Stewart and Arianna Huffington.
“I am so pleased to be recognized among such extraordinary women,” says Moore of the honor. “I account my success to the 4 “E’s – Education, Envisionment, Empowerment, and Entrepreneurship.”
Moore is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Leadership Coach, and Certified Life Coach. Her office is based in New Jersey, but she assists clients across the United States to achieve sustainable transformations for longer, healthier, happier lives.
While many of her clients learn to lose weight and eat healthier with Take Shape for Life, Moore says that her passion for helping others extends to “mind, body, soul, finances, family, and community.” As a motivational speaker, Moore creates awareness about strategies for healthy transformations in all areas of life. Some of her topics include Food & Addiction, The Power of Habit, Living Your Purpose, Working with Volunteers, Achieving Optimal Health, Creating Value for Yourself and Others, The Phoenix Syndrome: Reinventing Yourself, and How to Burn 60 Calories Without Lifting a Finger.
Moore will present “Cultivating Good Health,” at the BW NICE (Business Women Networking Involving Charity and Education) on June 11 at the Best Western Inn and Conference Center in Bethlehem.
In addition to speaking and her work with individual clients, Moore is an adjunct professor at Montclair State University. She is also the host of a weekly online radio show, ‘Moore and Better Health.’ She has lived in Holland Township, NJ for the past 20 years with her husband and three children.
Moore describes herself as a coach for change. Her purpose is to help people find what works for them to create a lifetime of wellness. “Everyone is at a different place,” she says. “I want to meet them there and help them make a shift by educating them and offering them a positive example.”
