Mr. O’Shea, 79, died May 21, 2013, at The Elms of Cranbury. Born in New Brunswick, he had lived most of his life in Edison. He was a salesman for Kimber Business Machines in North Brunswick for 23 years. After that, he was executive vice president of the Edison Chamber of Commerce and then district courier for the Edison Board of Education for 12 years before retiring in 2008. Mr. O’Shea was a lifelong member and deacon at the Second Reformed Church in New Brunswick. He had served in the U.S. Army in the mid-1950s. He was predeceased by his wife, Judith (Welchman) O’Shea, in 2008. Surviving are two daughters, Colleen P. Mount of North Brunswick and Deborah Jackson of Tennessee; a son, John T. O’Shea of Cranbury; two brothers, Dennis P. O’Shea of Palm Harbor, Fla., and James J. O’Shea of Sarasota, Fla.; three sisters, Marie A. Harris of Milford, Pa., Patricia A. Schoppmeyer of Weeki Wachee, Fla., and Barbara J. O’Shea of Bound Brook; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Second Reformed Church. Burial followed in Elmwood Cemetery, North Brunswick. Arrangements were under the direction of Selover Funeral Home, North Brunswick.
