   Lambertville City police reported:
   — On May 28 at 12:59 a.m., Sgt. Robert Brown stopped Jorge Herrera-Salmoran, 25, of Pipersville, on South Franklin Street for having a headlight out. Mr. Herra-Salmoran was found to have an active warrant from Raritan Township Municipal Court for $250. He was released and given a new court date.
   — On May 28 at 6:50 p.m., Peter D. Stanton, 47, of New Hope, turned himself in to Sgt. Brown at police headquarters on a warrant totaling $ 89. He posted bail and was released.
   — On June 1 at 1:45 a.m., Sgt. Brown stopped Joseph B. Fozman, 24, of West Amwell Township, on Route 179 for failure to keep right. Mr. Fozman was subsequently charged with DWI, careless driving and failure to keep right. He was released pending a court appearance.
   — On May 26 at 6 a.m., Officer Anthony Memolo arrested Ronald Maximov, 57, of Flemington, on Route 165 for an outstanding warrant out of Lambertville Municipal Court. He was released and given a new court date.
   On May 30 at 7:30 a.m., Detective Michael Miloszar and West Amwell Township Officer Anthony Goccia arrested Mr. Maximov on York Street for defiant trespassing, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
   He was placed in the Hunterdon County Jail in default of $5,000 bail.
   — On June 3 at 3:39 a.m., Sgt. Brown stopped Dawn C. Chell, 44, of Holland, Pennsylvania, on South Main street for having a license plate out. Also a check of the vehicle registration showed that it had expired.
   Ms. Chell was found to have an active warrant out of Hamilton Township Municipal Court for $ 200. She posted bail and was released. She was given summons for having an unregistered vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle while her driver’s license was suspended.
    All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
