Mr. Herzog, 83, of Monroe, died May 21, 2013, at home. Prior to his retirement in 1999, he was a builder and developer for 50 years with Deb Associates, East Brunswick. He was predeceased by his wife, Marilee, earlier this year. Surviving are two daughters, Deborah Herzog, and her husband, Richard Reiss, of East Brunswick and Jill Herzog, and her husband, Paul Hipschman, of Long Branch; a sister, Shirley Schneer of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and three grandchildren. Funeral services were held at Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels, East Brunswick. Interment was in Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge.
