Mr. Forman, 54, of Jackson, formerly of Howell, died May 22, 2013. Mr. Forman was a division engineer for Amtrak, New York, for 30 years. He was predeceased by his father, William Forman. Surviving are his mother, Helen Forman of Jackson; and two sisters, Linda Kartasheff of Jackson, and Nancy Stango of Toms River. A memorial Mass was held at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Jackson. Arrangements were by the George S. Hassler Funeral Home, Jackson.
