   Around the World in 80 Treasures: A Quest for Mankind’s Greatest Achievements, film at 12:30 to 1 p.m. at South Brunswick Library, Meeting Room A/B, 110 Kingston Lane, Monmouth Junction. travel from Mexico to Central North America as Mayan, Toltec and contemporary Mexican artifacts are explored as well as Mesa Verde Park, Monticello, the Statue of Liberty, and the Seagram building in the United States. Bring your lunch. Coffee and dessert will be served.

   Internet Basics and Beyond class at South Brunswick Library, Meeting Room A/B, 110 Kingston Lane, Monmouth Junction. Use Google to learn Internet search strategies. Beginning with differentiating between ISP’s, browsers and search engines, you will learn the parts of a URL and how to evaluate websites. From 12 to 1:30 p.m.
   American Legion Post 401, 148 Major Rd., South Brunswick, will hold its last Karaoke Dance of the season beginning at 8:30 p.m. The Karaoke is free and open to the public. Call 732-329-9861.
Sat., June 22
   American Legion Auxiliary Unit 401, in South Brunswick, will hold a flea market from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the post home, 148 Major Road, Monmouth Junction. Vendors are wanted. Spaces are priced at just $10. Bring those unwanted items you have found during spring-cleaning and sell them for cash.    Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks will be held 6 to 9 p.m. ar Crossroads South Middle School grounds , Georges Road and Kingston Lane, Monmouth Junction. Food vendors and free entertainment, activities, music 6– 8:30 p.m. and fireworks at dusk. Picnics permitted, no alcohol. Bring in, bring out trash.
