All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
June 20 — Cranapple juice, lemon chicken, rice pilaf, carrot sticks, romaine and oranges salad, croissant, éclair. Bring and brag.
June 21 — Grape juice, veal parmesan, spaghetti with tomato sauce, sautéed spinach, garden salad, Italian bread, banana. Activity Day.
June 22 — Pineapple juice, seafood salad, hoagie roll, lettuce and tomato, chips, fresh fruit, plan donut and milk.
June 23 — Apple juice, turkey and Swiss cheese, pumpernickel bread, three-bean salad, fresh fruit, oatmeal raisin cookies, milk.
June 24 — Chicken noodle soup, meatloaf with gravy, baked potato with sour cream, cauliflower, romaine salad, six-grain bread, tapioca pudding. Exercise.
June 25 — Apple juice, orange chicken breast, red beans and rice, zucchini, tropical fruit salad, dinner roll, crumb cake. Board games.
June 26 — Blended juice, beef stew, roasted red potatoes, peas, carrots and onions, citrus sections, corn muffin, raspberry pound cake. Puzzle Day.
June 27 — Minestrone soup, baked tilapia, cheesy potatoes, seasoned Brussels sprouts, bridge roll, spring mix salad, ice cream sundae. Puzzle Day.
