Three men, including a juvenile, allegedly used a vacationing family’s home on Holly Court to do drugs, according to police.
Police checking on the family’s home Sunday morning, reportedly discovered a 17-year-old township male sleeping on the living room couch, and two adult township men sleeping in the upstairs bedroom, according to police.
The alleged interlopers told Sgt. Gary Holsten and Patrolman Nathan Labuda that they knew the family and were allowed in the residence.
The officers discovered 26 folds of heroin on the men as well as three credit cards belonging to the homeowner, according to police.
Police said the family was not aware of the men and they were not allowed in the home.
Police charged Jonathan Jacobs, 19, with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and theft of credit cards.
He was lodged at the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center in North Brunswick in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Nikko Cicerale, 20, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and released on $1,000 bail.
The juvenile in the case was turned over to his parents, police said.
