POLICE BLOTTER: June 27

Plumsted
   Police responded to the area of Bobbies Terrace June 14 after receiving reports of an unconscious female. On June 17, the agency was informed of a possible assault/sexual assault based on a statement provided by the alleged victim, according to police.
   Plumsted detectives along with the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office were notified and are currently conducting an investigation.
   Police said there are no descriptions or possible subjects at this time and that the department will heavily patrol the area. Residents are reminded to use caution and report all suspicious active to township police.

Robbinsville
   On June 20 police arrested Willie Jones, 29, of Hightstown, charging him with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
   Police observed the accused driving in a vehicle on Route 130 south with front dark tinted windows. According to police, a motor vehicle stop was initiated after the vehicle continued onto the camp of I-195 west.
   During the traffic stop, patrol detected evidence that narcotics were present, police said. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed suspected cocaine, police said.
   Mr. Jones was also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous subsistence in a vehicle, failure to exhibit documents and having tinted windows.
   The accused was released without bail.
