Iris Silverberg, sales associate at RE/MAX Central in Marlboro/Manalapan, has been named in the top 1 percent of RE/MAX sales associates for Closed Gross Commissions and the top 1 percent for Closed Number of Transactions for 2012. Silverberg was also awarded membership into the RE/MAX Platinum Club. The award was presented at the annual RE/MAX of New Jersey awards ceremony held at The Palace at Somerset Park on Feb. 13. Membership into the Platinum Club is one of the highest single-year production honors that RE/MAX of New Jersey bestows to its associates. Members of the Platinum Club are among the top RE/MAX agents in the state, and have contributed to the success of the RE/MAX network. Silverberg is one of 87 RE/MAX associates in New Jersey who has qualified for membership into this club level for their performance during 2012. A 25- year veteran in the real estate industry, Silverberg has been with RE/MAX for more than four years. She serves Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex counties and focuses on such townships as Manalapan, Marlboro, Freehold, Howell, Colts Neck, Jackson and Old Bridge. Her professional résumé includes the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award, earning Bronze in 2008 and 2010, Gold in 2002 and 2006 and Silver in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011 and 2012. She has also earned such industry designations as the CRS-Certified Residential Specialist designation. She is also Quality Service certified.
