All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
June 27 — Minestrone soup, baked tilapia, cheesy potatoes, seasoned Brussels sprouts, bridge roll, spring mix salad, ice cream sundae. Puzzle Day.
June 28 — Pineapple juice, backed macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, Caesar salad, whole wheat roll, chocolate mousse. Bring a friend to lunch.
June 29 — Apple juice, tuna salad, Kaiser roll, creamy cucumber salad, fresh fruit, chocolate chip cookies, milk.
June 30 — Orange juice, chicken salad, rye bread, potato salad, lettuce and tomato, fresh fruit, sugar cookies and milk.
July 1 — Pineapple juice, honey glazed pork chop, baked sweet potato, asparagus tips, cinnamon applesauce, dinner roll, black and white cookie. Walk to the beat.
July 2 — Grape juice, BBQ chicken, baked beans, carrot sticks, minced coleslaw, corn muffin, fresh peach. Cards.
July 3 — Apple juice, breaded flounder filet, macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, romaine lettuce salad, rye bread, frozen vanilla yogurt. Puzzle day.
July 4 — Closed.
