Police arrested Robert Henderson Troy, 42, of Alabama, in the parking lot of the Quality Inn at 1:13 a.m. June 25 and charged him with driving under the influence of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of synthetic narcotics, possession of narcotics, reckless driving, careless driving and possession of narcotics in a motor vehicle after he reportedly blocked the driveway of the inn with his silver Infiniti.
   Police said Mr. Henderson was slumped down in the driver’s seat and that his eyes were bloodshot and watery and his speech was slurred. Police said they found synthetic marijuana, methamphetamine and cocaine in his possession.
   Mr. Henderson was later released pending court action.
   Police investigated the report of a burglary at the East Windsor Deli on Old Trenton Road at approximately 3:31 a.m. June 23.
   The business owner contacted police after responding to an activated burglar alarm and finding that the front door had been broken.
   The incident is under investigation.
   Police arrested Daniel Ibanez, 24, of West Windsor, and charged him with drunken driving, careless driving, reckless driving, speeding, failure to keep right, and failure to maintain a lane on Route 133 at 9:10 p.m. June 22.
   Police said Mr. Ibanez’s 2012 Honda was traveling eastbound at 70 mph in a 50 mph zone and was moving in an erratic manner. Mr. Ibanez was later released pending court action.
   Police investigated a theft from a residence on Old Stone Mill Drive between 11 a.m. and 5:16 p.m. June 20.
   The resident reported two packages worth $208 were stolen. Police said the packages had been left outside her residence by the US Postal Service.
   Police responded to Princeton Arms North Two at 6:58 p.m. June 22 for a report of an intoxicated male.
   Police arrested Conrad Prefach, 48, of Princeton Arms North Two, and charged him with disorderly conduct after locating him on the ground and yelling profanities next to a family eating in the courtyard area.
   Police arrested Patrobo Michieka, 26, of Plainsboro, and charged him with driving while suspended, failure to wear a seatbelt, improper turn, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia on Route 130 South at 2:26 p.m. June 22 after observing his silver Honda making an illegal left turn from Hickory Corner Road onto Route 130.
   Police said several hypodermic needles and an open container of alcohol were found in the car. Mr. Michieka also had an outstanding arrest warrant, police said.
   Mr. Michieka was released after posting bail on the outstanding warrant pending court action.
   Hightstown
   Police are investigating the cause of motor vehicle accident involving a police officer on Franklin Street in the area of Cole Avenue at approximately 2:28 p.m. June 25.
   Police said a vehicle driven by Mikhail Abraham, 21, of Pittsburg, Penn., struck the patrol car of Hightstown police officer Tyler Distefano, 23.
   Officer Distefano, along with passengers from the other vehicle, George Abraham, 20, Amina Abraham, 50, John Abraham, 21, and Amal Abraham, 44, all of Pittsburgh, Pa., were transported to University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro with non-life-threatening injuries.
   Police said officer Distefano was treated at the hospital and released.
