Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage presented Parag Bapna, an Edison resident and recent graduate of John P. Stevens High School, with the 2013 Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Scholarship. Parag received the $4,000 scholarship based on an evaluation of his academic performance and potential, extracurricular activities, teacher recommendations and an essay. He plans to attend the University of Pennsylvania and major in bioengineering with a minor in philosophy. Presented annually for more than 20 years, the scholarship is available to high school seniors who are relatives of Coldwell Banker employees and sales associates. Parag’s mother, Dena Bapna, is a sales associate with the Metuchen/Edison office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Orange Key Realty announces that broker associate Joe D’Angiolillo will be receiving the Emeritus certificate. The National Association of Realtors organization will honor D’Angiolillo on Sept. 11 at the Business Card Exchange at the Grand Marquis in Old Bridge at 11:30 a.m. This recognition is to honor his 40 years as a member of the Realtors Association. As a part of the Emeritus certificate, D’Angiolilo will never have to pay Realtors Association fees again. This milestone is one of many accomplishments and awards earned throughout his real estate career. He has been a licensed broker since 1976. Among the awards he has received through the years is the Silver Level Million Dollar Club in 2001, and for 28 consecutive years he has been in the Realtors Million Dollar Sales Club. “We are proud to have a man of Joe’s caliber as a member of our team at Orange Key Realty.
