   Police arrested Brandon D. Comstock, 21, of Roebling, and Jayna L. Comstock, 22, of Roebling, at 2:30 p.m. June 19; Dominick Sincak Jr., 23, of Florence Township, at 12:30 p.m. June 20; Amanda Smith, 20, of Florence Township, at 2:32 p.m. June 19 after receiving a report that a Florence Township residence had been burglarized on June 14. Police said jewelry had been stolen from the home.
   Police charged the Comstocks with receiving stolen property. Police charged Sincak with receiving stolen property. Police charged Smith with burglary, theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property. Police allege the accused had conspired to enter into the victims’ residence multiple times when they were not home, removed jewelry from the home and pawned the jewelry at shops in Bordentown and Cinnaminson.
   Police arrested two 17-year-old juveniles and Ceon Gordon, 18, all of Brooklyn, N.Y., and charged them with forgery, falsifying records, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police also arrested Kristen Hedge, 18, of Brooklyn, N.Y., charging her with forgery and tampering with records; Brandon Lee, 18, of Brooklyn, N.Y., charging him with forgery and falsifying records, and Kadeem Fletcher, 22, of Brooklyn, N.Y., charging him with forgery, tampering with records, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
   Police made the arrests after stopping a vehicle on Route 130 for speeding and reportedly finding drugs, paraphernalia and fraudulent checks in the vehicle in the possession of the two juveniles, Mr. Gordon and Mr. Fletcher. Police said Ms. Hedge and Mr. Lee dropped fraudulent credit cards when they arrived at the police station to retrieve the two juveniles. All of the adults were transported to Burlington County Jail in lieu of bail. The juveniles were released to relatives pending court action.
   Police arrested Lori Fitzpatrick, of Burlington, at 2:10 p.m. June 26 on Route 130 and charged her with maintenance of lamps, drunken driving, reckless driving, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, driving while suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a hypodermic syringe. Police also arrested Michael Robinson, 63, of Trenton, at that time and charged him with allowing a suspended driver to drive, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
   Ms. Fitzpatrick was also found to have a warrant out of Trenton. She was transported to Burlington County jail in lieu of bail. Mr. Robinson was released pending court action.
   Mansfield Township
   Police are investigating two burglaries that occurred during the first week of July.
   The first incident took place on Monday, July 1, between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. at a home on Gaunts Bridge Road. Police said forced entry was made through a rear door of the residence and several items were stolen.
   The second burglary was committed on Friday, July 5, between 10:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. at a Mount Pleasant Road residence. Police said forced entry was made through a sliding glass door in the rear of the house and multiple pieces of jewelry were stolen.
   As a result of these incidents and similar incidents that have occurred in the area recently, police said residents should secure their homes and activate their security systems.
