Lambertville and New Hope

   Lambertville City police reported:
   — On June 25 at 1:26 a.m., Officer Sharon Polyak went to a residence on Hancock Street to check out a group of disorderly people. Antonio Noel Hernandez, 18, of Stockton, subsequently was arrested and charged with DWI. He was released pending a court appearance.
   — On June 28 at 12:12 a.m., Officer Michael Gramlich stopped John R. McRae, 51, of Yardley, on York Street after a motor vehicle lookup revealed his driver’s license was suspended. Mr. McRae also had an outstanding traffic warrant out of Ewing Township Municipal Court for $250. He posted bail and was given a summons for driving while his driver’s license was suspended.
   — On June 30 at 12:48 a.m., Officer Anthony Memolo stopped Benjamin D. Boswell IV, 25, of Levittown, of Route 29 for careless driving. He was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI, and careless driving. He was released pending a court appearance.
   — On June 30 at 3:28 a.m., Sgt. Robert Brown stopped Gregory Giannace, 45, of Hamilton, on Route 29 for speeding. He subsequently was arrested and charged with DWI, careless driving and speeding. He was released pending a court appearance.
   — On June 30, Sgt. Brown stopped Joseph G. Zerrenner IV, 39, of Perkasie, Pennsylvania, on Bridge Street. A random motor vehicle lookup revealed the vehicle had been reported stolen by the New Jersey State Police, Kingwood Station. The vehicle. However, had been returned to the owner, Mr. Zerrenner’s wife. A warrant was found out of Long Beach Municipal Court for $500 Long Beach authorities released Mr. Zerrenner, who was given summons for expired driver’s license, and having CDS in a motor vehicle. Mr. Zerrenner also was charged with less than 50 grams of suspected marijuana and was released pending a court appearance.
   — On July 3 at 2:53 a.m., Officer Gramlich stopped Turaboy A. Holmirzaev, 23, of Parlin, on Route 29 after a random motor vehicle look-up revealed an outstanding motor vehicle warrant out of Old Bridge Township for $ 190. Mr. Holmirzaev posted bail and was released.
   — On July 4, at 4 p.m., Officer Joseph Weber arrested Kenneth J. Muzychko, 31, of Flemington, on York Street. Mr. Muzychko had three outstanding warrants totaling $ 2,000 out of Hopewell Township Municipal Court. Mr. Muzychko was turned over to Hopewell Township police.
   — On July 5, Officer Gramlich arrested Shanton Rivers, 43, of St Alabans, New York, on a motor vehicle warrant out of Lawrence Township Municipal Court for $900. Mr. Rivers posted bail and was released.
   — On July 7 at 1:41 a.m., Officer Memolo stopped Sean P. Boehm, 34, of East Windsor, for weaving on Route 29. Mr. Boehm was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI. He was released to a friend pending a court appearance.
   — On July 7 at 2:39 a.m., Sgt. Brown Stopped Sean T. Stodart, 24, of Stockton, on Bridge Street for careless driving and DWI. He was released pending a court appearance.
   — On July 7 at 10 a.m., Officer Vincent Albani was investigating a criminal mischief complaint on Church Street. While there he learned that Thomas Hufnagel, 58, of Lambertville, was wanted out of Bucks County for a theft complaint. Mr. Hufnagel was lodged in the Hunterdon County Jail in default of $ 25,000 bail. Mr. Hufnagel is awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
    All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
   Chief Michael V. Cummings, of the New Hope police, reported:
   — On June 3, a New Hope woman reported to police that an unknown subject had obtained her personal information, and had used it to obtain a credit card, on which in excess of $4,500 in fraudulent purchases was made.
   — On June 8 at 12:05 p.m., a resident of Village 2 reported to police that, three days prior, someone had removed a Fed Ex package, containing various items, with a total value of $135, from in front of her residence.
   — On June 14 at 2:10 a.m., police cited Jennifer Bock, 29, and Robert Edelman, 30, both of New Hope, for public drunkenness, after the two were found to be in an intoxicated state in the area of Bridge and Main streets.
   — On June 14 at 6:30 p.m., the manager of a West Bridge Street establishment reported to police that a theft of approximately $90 worth of electronic equipment had just occurred, and that one juvenile suspect was being detained at the store, but that two others had fled the scene. Shortly afterwards police located and detained the two other juvenile suspects. The investigation into the incident is continuing.
