Mr. Caprioni, 87, of Matawan, died July 5, 2013, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was born in Red Bank and resided in Middletown for many years before moving to Matawan six years ago. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp during World War II. He was predeceased by a sister, Mary Kaney, of Lincroft; and a brother, Patsy Caprioni, of Freehold. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Rina R. (DeLisa) Caprioni; three sons, Mark A. and his wife, Victoria, of St. Paul, Minn., Michael A., of Eatontown, and Tony (Anthony) Caprioni, of Matawan; a daughter, Renee M. Moreau and her husband, Kenneth, of Matawan; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Pat DeLisa, of Fair Haven; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Arrangements were entrusted to the John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank. A service was held at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.
