Police charged Benjamin Wien, 36, of Allentown, with narcotics possession July 18.
According to police, a vehicle driven by Mr. Wien was seen with a front view obstruction on West Manor Way. A search of the vehicle revealed prescription drugs without a valid prescription, according to police.
Mr. Wien was charged with having a controlled dangerous substance in a vehicle, having an unregistered vehicle, failure to exhibit registration, failure to exhibit insurance, driving while suspended and having an obstructed windshield.
He was released without bail.
July 17, police charged Gary Malagrino, 18, of Yardville, with possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to police, a vehicle driven by Mr. Malagrino was seen going west on Route 526 with only one working headlight. He was stopped on Spring Garden Road.
A search of the vehicle revealed the drug paraphernalia, according to police.
He also was charged with maintenance of lamps and released without bail.
Police charged Ian Mitchell, 19, of Sewell, with narcotics possession July 17.
According to police, a vehicle driven by Mr. Mitchell was seen on I-195 with an expired inspection sticker. A search of the vehicle revealed a small quantity of marijuana, police said.
He also was charged with tailgating, having an obstructed view, failure to inspect, making an unsafe lane change and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
Mr. Mitchell was released without bail.
July 17, police charged Kenneth W. Funk, 22, of Manchester, with narcotics possession.
According to police, an officer was checking a disabled vehicle on the shoulder of Route 130 when a vehicle driven by Mr. Funk failed to merge into the left lane, nearly striking the officer’s vehicle.
A search revealed heroin, according to police. He was charged with heroin possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a vehicle and obstructing traffic.
He was released without bail.
