Robbinsville
   Police charged William Riley, 37, of Philadelphia, with burglary and theft July 31.
   Police responded to Windsor Industrial Park after receiving reports of theft of copper wiring. According to police, Mr. Riley and another man were observed attempting to cut copper wiring and remove it from the property.
   Both men fled on foot into a wooded area. While Mr. Riley was subsequently apprehended, police said the other man, who has not been identified, remains at large.
   A search of the suspect’s vehicle, which was reported stolen out of Camden, revealed additional evidence of the theft, according to police. Police estimate the copper wiring was worth in excess of $30,000.
   Mr. Riley, who was also charged with trespassing and possession of stolen property, was released after posting full bond, which had been set at $25,000. The investigation remains ongoing.
   July 23 police charged John Hoffman, 31, of Middletown with narcotics possession.
   According to police, a vehicle driven by Mr. Hoffman failed to maintain a lane while travelling eastbound on I-195. A search of the vehicle revealed a small quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
   Mr. Hoffman was also charged with having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, drug paraphernalia possession and failure to maintain a lane, police said.
   He was released without bail.
   July 30 Tyler Contento, 18, and Jerri Davila-Solares, 18, both of Ewing were arrested for marijuana possession.
   According to police Mr. Contento was seen failing to signal a turn on I-195. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed a small quantity of marijuana.
   Mr. Contento was also charged with delaying traffic, failing to signal a turn and having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
   Both were released without bail.
   Police charged Benjamin Roman, 41, of Robbinsville, with marijuana possession July 31.
   According to police, officers had responded to multiple complaints of marijuana usage at Mr. Roman’s apartment in the 200 block of Walden Circle. July 31, police were able to smell marijuana emanating from the suspect’s apartment.
   Police subsequently returned with search warrant Aug. 2. The ensuing search of the apartment revealed a small quantity of marijuana in addition to drug paraphernalia, police reported.
   Mr. Roman, who was at home at the time of the search, was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a narcotics nuisance. He was released without bail.
   July 31 police charged Matthew Feit, 22, of Manalapan, with narcotics possession.
   According to police, Mr. Feit was observed failing to maintain a lane on I-195. An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed a small quantity of marijuana and heroin in addition to hypodermic needles.
   Mr. Feit was also charged with failure to maintain a lane, having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, heroin possession, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana.
   He was released without bail.
   In addition, police said a juvenile passenger in the vehicle was also charged with heroin possession. The passenger was turned over the Monmouth County Probation Department after she was found to have a warrant out from the county for a probation violation, according to police.
   Police are investigating a burglary and theft in the 1100 block of Route 130. According to police, the victim reported that between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Aug. 2 an unknown person(s) had removed tools from his work van.
   The value of the stolen items is estimated to be $1,875. There are no suspects at this time and the investigation remains ongoing.
   Aug. 2 police responded to a burglary and theft of a motor vehicle at Amarone’s Windsor Inn.
   According to police, the victim reported that between 8:15 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. an unknown person(s) broke one of the vehicle’s windows and removed a laptop computer valued at $750 and $40 in cash.
   There are no suspects at this time and the investigation remains ongoing.
   Police charged Gary Troxel, 19, of New Egypt for driving while intoxicated Aug. 4.
   According to police, a vehicle driven by Mr. Troxel was observed failing to maintain a lane on Route 33. During the traffic stop police observed evidence the driver may have been intoxicated.
   Mr. Troxel was also charged with maintenance of lamps, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain a lane. He was released without bail.
   Aug. 7 police arrested Aaron Levinson, 18, of Hamilton, for driving while intoxicated.
   According to police, a vehicle driven by Mr. Levinson was observed causing damages to mailboxes. During an ensuing traffic stop, police observed evidence the driver may have been intoxicated.
   Mr. Levinson was also charged with driving under while intoxicated with a minor in the vehicle, reckless driving, careless driving and having an open container.
   He was released without bail.
   Police charged Carolyn Kenney, 37, of Barnegat with driving while intoxicated Aug. 7. Police also charged her and a passenger, Charles Eble III, 38, also of Barnegat, with narcotics possession.
   According to police, a vehicle driven by Ms. Kenney was observed travelling on I-195 with an expired inspection sticker. During the ensuing motor vehicle stop, evidence of narcotics and that the driver may have been intoxicated were observed, police said.
   Ms. Kenney was also charged with having a controlled dangerous substance in a vehicle, reckless driving, careless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic needles.
   Mr. Eble was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and hypodermic needles.
   Both were released without bail.
   Aug. 6 police arrested Christoph Johnson, 29, of Spotswood, and Meghan Schenkenberger, 25, of Jackson, with narcotics possession.
   According to police, a vehicle driven by Mr. Johnson was observed travelling on I-195 with a cracked windshield. An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed several bags of heroin, hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia.
   Mr. Johnson was also charged with having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, heroin possession, possession of hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia and having a cracked windshield.
   He was turned over to the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Office for an outstanding warrant.
   Ms. Schenkenberger, who was charged with heroin possession, possession of hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia, was released on her own recognizance.
   Police charged Bryan Corey, 21, of Jackson, with narcotics possession Aug. 5.
   According to police, a vehicle driven by Mr. Corey made an improper lane change on I-195. An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed several small bags of heroin as well as syringes.
   Mr. Corey was charged with heroin possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and hypodermic needles, failure to signal a lane change, having a front view obstruction and having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. Pasquale Dagostino, 36, of Bridgeton, a passenger in the vehicle was also charged with heroin possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and hypodermic needles.
   Another passenger, John Saignano, 32, of Jackson, was charged with heroin possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and hypodermic needles.
   All three were released without bail.
   Aug. 5 police charged Marco Cruz Rivera, 24, of Columbus, Ohio, with narcotics possession.
   According to police, a vehicle in which Mr. Cruz Rivera was a passenger was observed travelling on Route 130 with a broken taillight. An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed the accused possessed small quantity of marijuana, police said.
   He was charged with marijuana possession and released without bail.
   Police charged Steven James, 35, of Hamilton, with driving while intoxicated Aug. 9.
   According to police, officers reported to the area of Route 130 and 526 and observed Mr. James driving in the shoulder near the Shrimp King restaurant. During the motor vehicle stop, police observed the driver might have been intoxicated.
   Mr. James was charged with refusal to submit to breath testing, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to signal a t urn, failure to maintain a lane and operating on private property to avoid a traffic control device.
   The accused was released without bail.
   Aug. 13 police charged Carl Hanson, 20, of Morris Plains, and Rachel Falkiewicz, 29, of Jackson, with narcotics possession.
   According to police, a vehicle was observed failing to signal a turn on I-195. An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed both the driver and passenger to be in possession of heroin, crack and drug paraphernalia.
   In addition, Mr. Hanson was charged with making an unsafe lane change, failure to give a proper turn signal, heroin possession and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
   Ms. Falkiewicz was charged with heroin, crack and drug paraphernalia possession.
   Both were released without bail.
   Police charged Joseph Niziolek Jr., 31, of Paterson, Gary Lordi, 36, of Toms River, and Rachel Prosser, 21, with narcotics possession Aug. 13.
   According to police, a vehicle driven by the accused was observed travelling on I-195 without a valid inspection sticker. An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed the occupants to be in possession of heroin.
   Mr. Niziolek and Mr. Lordi were also charged with drug paraphernalia possession.
   Ms. Prosser was also charged with having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, possession of prescription drugs without a valid prescription and a seatbelt violation.
   All three were released without bail.
   Aug. 14 police charged Timothy Fircha, 25, of Manchester, and Nicolas Girgenti, 31, of Toms River, with narcotics possession.
   According to police, a vehicle driven by Mr. Fircha was observed with a rejected inspection sticker a front windshield obstruction. An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed both Mr. Fircha and Mr. Girgenti to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia, respectively.
   Mr. Fircha was also charged with failure to maintain a lane, failure to make repairs, front obstruction, having a controlled dangerous substance in a vehicle and failure to surrender a controlled dangerous substance to police.
   Mr. Girgenti was charged with drug paraphernalia possession.
   Both were released without bail.
