Culinary classes to be offered at Middlesex County College

EDISON — This fall, Middlesex
County College will offer an opportunity to
become a great amateur chef.
“Today’s Table” will be held in Crabiel
Hall’s culinary lab. Those interested should
come hungry and partake in food tastings
prepared by the chef. Recipes are distributed. Except where noted, students may register a la carte at $35 for each class or
choose any three classes for $75. The savings are available to anyone who registers
with payment for the three classes at the
same time. Except where noted, classes
meet 6:30-9 p.m.
