Mr. Loures, 51, of Jackson, formerly of Old Bridge, died July 20, 2013. Prior to retiring, he was the owner and partner of Safe Start School Transportation, Toms River. Mr. Loures was a missionary for Sonrise Missions (Uganda), House of Abraham (Haiti) and Missions Beyond Borders (Nicaragua). He was predeceased by his father, James J. Loures Sr. in 2011; and a brother, Gary F. Loures in 2004. Surviving are two sons, Steven Loures and Andrew Loures, both of Long Beach Island; his mother, Arline Loures of Jackson; two brothers, James J. Loures Jr. of Avonby the-Sea, and Steven J. Loures of Holmdel; a sister, Kathleen Loures of Old Bridge; and his former wife, Elena Loures of Long Beach Island. A funeral service was held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township, followed by entombment in Holmdel Cemetery, Holmdel.
