SENIOR MENUS

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
    Aug. 22 — Apple juice, chili con carne, rice, zucchini and squash, Swiss salad, corn muffin, fruit cocktail. Bring and brag.
   Aug. 23 — Orange juice, Polynesian chicken, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, pineapple slices, buttermilk biscuit, iced coconut cake. Bring a friend to lunch.
   Aug. 24 — Cranapple juice, meatloaf, wheat bread, macaroni salad, fresh fruit, apple pocket, milk.
   Aug. 25 — Blended juice, chicken salad, croissant, cucumber salad, fresh fruit, cheese Danish, milk.
   Aug. 26 — Grape juice, stuffed cabbage roll, pasta spirals, peas and pearl onions, tossed salad, dinner roll, vanilla cupcake. Exercise.
   Aug. 27 — Blended juice, chicken divan, rice pilaf, baby carrots, spinach salad, multi-grain bread, fresh peach. Bring a friend to lunch.
   Aug. 28 — Minestrone soup, tuna salad, potato salad, lettuce and tomato, fruit salad mix, croissant, chocolate pudding. Activity day.
   Aug. 29 — Pineapple juice, breaded pork chop, apple raisin stuffing, broccoli and cauliflower, cinnamon applesauce, rye bread, spice cake. Puzzle day.
