CentraState Healthcare System is offering a PAD (peripheral artery disease) screening from 6-8 p.m. Sept. 10 at the Donna O’Donnell, RN, Medical Arts Building at CentraState Medical Center, 901 W. Main St., Freehold Township. The painless screening is performed to identify a person’s health risk for PAD — the narrowing of vessels that carry blood throughout the body. The screening is especially appropriate for people who are experiencing potential PAD symptoms such as cramping, fatigue, heaviness, pain or discomfort in the legs or high blood pressure.
