The Florence Township Library is looking for a few good men or women to serve on the library board if you are a library cardholder and have a desire to serve your community.

St Nick’s is holding their annual pierogi sale, Thursday, Nov. 12. Potato, Cheese, lekvar and sauerkraut at $8 per dozen. Call Chris Bordas to place an order at 609-499-3309. Pickup is after 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
Pierogis freeze well for the holidays. St. Nick’s will also have their Church dinner on Sunday, Dec. 8. Tickets are $18 for adults. The menu consists of your favorite ethnic foods. Call Chris Bordas to reserve tickets at 609-499-3309.
Florence Chapter of Deborah, Chances are now due or the upcoming Car Raffle drawing to be held at Deborah Hospital on Dec. 6. Return all sold chances by Friday, Nov. 8. Call Carol or Jennifer if needed.
Due to the Thanksgiving holiday the regular monthly will be held on Thursday, Nov. 21 at the Sterling House in Florence at 7:30 p.m.
Also, the Deborah Christmas party will be held on Thursday, Dec. 12 at the VFW on 10th Avenue in Roebling. A donation of $20 includes a hot and cold buffet, with hot and cold drinks as well as dessert. Seating is limited so mail your check payable to Deborah at P.O. Box 254, Roebling, NJ, 08054. New or unused prize items are gratefully accepted for donation. For information, call President Carol Eckman at 609-499-1927.
The annual Christmas Party will be held on Thursday, Dec. 12 at the VFW Hall on 10th Avenue in Roebling.
A donation of $20 includes a hot and cold buffet, coffee, tea and dessert.
Donations of new/unused items are appreciated for the raffle table.

The food pantry is open Fridays from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Come to the front door.
